By accessing and using KAKcosmetics.com and making purchases from KAK Cosmetics, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products and Orders

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Orders are confirmed only after we contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability and delivery details.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). KAK Cosmetics reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price you are quoted at the time of order confirmation is the price you will pay.

4. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. For certain orders, advance payment via bank transfer may be required.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Delivery charges may apply based on your location. KAK Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items received. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Product Use

Our products are intended for external use only. Always read product labels before use. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Perform a patch test before first use.
